RockyMountainATV.com sells a EMGO filter for around $4 I think. I'm not really sure, but I order the value pack of Yamalube(6quarts) and two oil filters for around $25 shipped. That's two oil changes, so it's not too bad. They also carry a couple other higher priced filters.

You can also look around at places like advance auto and get similar filters for $2 sometimes.

 

LOL thats right stealership. Damn I got robbed. I should of asked and did some research before I bought from them. It was my first time buying an oil filter for my bike and , I figured $5 at the most. Boy was I wrong. $38 for 2 filters. Thats the last time I'm going there.

You can run an ACdelco PF2057 oil filter, it cost around 6 bucks and is larger than the stock unit so you get more oil capacity. However DO NOT cross the number at the store with another number i did that ( AC filters are blue and my raptor is white) and it will screw on but will not seal. The store i run i sell factory sized filters for 7.39 each. If you want to go stock let me know.
