you should have the PD55A carb with a #95 jet. Yes you can, most any shop should have them for a couple bucks.

Purchasing new a new main jet would be the best course of action i would think. You might call supertrapp and see what they say will work best. Sometimes aftermarket pipes require no jetting ( although i doubt thats the case).

The shop that i bought it from has another unit in stock, its the 4" racing series. It was $150CAN + tax, so $172. The pipe that came with it was for a 200S so i had to have it modified to fit the bike. It sounds so sweet now.

It may take a bit to get it adjusted right for burning rich and lean. After getting it installed when the bike is cold its hard to keep running, it will just die at idle. If anyone has any ideas on what should be adjusted feel free to let me know. After the bike stalls it will start right back up though????? its kinda odd

I've got the Haynes manual for the early hondas and it says that all models after '82 require a #105 main jet but you've modified your machine so I can't say for sure what you need.

The original mainjet is in the bike now. I am not sure of the number i was told that it was #95 for that model. Fock knows.

Should I make any adjustments to the carb???? if so where and how?

You could adjust the mixture screw, and/or the idle speed screw, to get it idleing smoother. Its possible, the pilot jet may be too small, or partially plugged up.
Heres a couple of sites about carb jetting.
