Default Thanks Rick Ritter!!!

Just got done installing the clutch spring into our 330tb tonight that Rick recommended. Just wanted to say thanks again for
the recommendation-it is just what I was hoping it would be! This thing is a completely different maching. I can even get the
front end up now if I try! I know this is no speed machine, but at least now the wife can keep up a little better when trail riding

I've never known a guy who runs a shop like that who is so helpful! He was spot on with my 600, and I'm now very happy
with my 330tb purchase. although Rick if you have any recommendations, it seems to hang right at just over 40 mph...
is that all i should expect from this 330, or would a different secondary spring help??? I don't want to change the bottom end
and extra rpms it has though. Thanks again Rick

The 330's are geared pretty low for a lot of torque. That's about all our 330 would do. You could gear it up a little to gain speed, but you sacrifice some bottom end. The bikes are great trail bikes, but not really very fast top speed machines.

That it!!! My trail boss 330 with just a dalton black and white clutch spring went 57mph, now with all my other mods it gos quite a bit faster then that. I can't understand why your will only go 40mph. Rick sells a RCR stage 1 kit for $325 you might want to look in to it.

Mark, I see you've taken your pics off. Does this mean we'll see something new soon?

Well with only about 4.5 hours on it, and riding up hill slightly for 1/4 mile on gravel the polaris accessary speedo read just over
40 mph...I haven't taken it out on the road for a true test and don't want to beat on it much until it's broken in... The Dalton black
and white spring is what Rick sent me, and I'm very pleased with what it did for the bottom end. Most of the riding we do is at
30 mph or less, so it should be fine, and I didn't buy the 330 expecting much more. But you know how us men are...always
tweeking on things to make them better!

Sorry about that, knew I had seen pictures of your Boss before. Guess I was just having a senior moment.
