If your changing the oil then your going to need way more than a quart! If i am not mistakin my old wolverine held 3.2 quarts same for the warrior and the big bear.

You put 1 quart of oil in it??????

DONT RUN IT IF YOU DID!

I know warriors need around 2.5 quarts stock. Wolverines have oil coolers, so they would need more of around 4 quarts.

My friend who had a wariror with an oil cooler said thats around whats his took..

If you don't know how much, keep dumping some in until you see it on the stick.

Thats for a Warrior, right Bosch?

Because Wolverines have oil coolers so they would need more around 3.5 maybe 4.

While were on the topic of oil, how often do you have to change the oil filter?

You never have to change the filter unless it gets damaged (providing it is the stock one). it is made of metal mesh and just needs to be cleaned in the parts washer every time you change the oil.

when i first got my wolverine i went by the owners manual and put in what it said . i then checked the leval and it wasn't even registering . you have to keep adding and checking because of the oil cooler . i forget what it takes but they dont consider that in the manual . it is just like the gear oil . you cant go by what they say in the manual because you will overfill it and have a smelly wheeler . i change my oil at least 3 times a year because i ride it year round . better to be safe than sorry .
