Default 8 or 9 Maxxis 4 Snow's....???? Any help....

Would there be any kind of performance difference in a 22X10X8 or the 22X10X9?

I'm getting the tires and wheels, and the only difference I see in them is that the 8"s are cheaper then the 9"s.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you stand them beside each other when mounted on the rim, the 9 inch is noticeably taller. It's been about a month since I did this but I think it was about 2 inchs difference.

So would the taller 9" tire be better on the dirt drags then the shorter 8"?

I run the 8 inch tires on my Raptor. I can run 300 ft in 4th with 12-42 sprockets. They hook up more than enough for my stock swingarm.

The eight inch wheel tire grows more than the nine.

I hard to get the nine's. I called around and most places were out of the 8's, and a couple even said they have never had them. But I got 22X10X9 on .125 wheel's for $160 shipped to my door from Chaparral.
