Just wanted to take the time to put a big thank you out there to everyone who post good info on here. I just ran into a problem with my 04 ds this weekend and found all the answers I needed on here, did not have to go to the bone head dealer that I bought the quad from. He knows nothing about quads, he can make a jet ski go as fast as hell but when it comes to a quad for get it. The only reason I bought the quad from him is because he is only 15 mins. from the house and I got a 04DS Baja X for 5900. Could not bet the price any where. I realy would like to thank the people that post about the oil presure switch getting wet and causing the oil light to stay on. I missed riding on firday because of this. Did not know why the light was on thought maybe I lost prime since I had it standing up on the grab bar for a while the last time I washed it. But come to find out I pulled the sensor out and it was full of water, sprayed some electrical cleaner in it and keep getting water out, did that for a while and finely got it to check out ok with a ohm meter. Put it back in a gone was the light, made me feel much better. I also would like to thank all the people that pointed out that there was a screen in the fitting in the oil tank, it is nice that bombardier does not even tell you about that in the shop maual, at least from what I read. Man if that screen gets clogged what a head ache that could be. So once again thank you all for all the great info.
