High Performance Warrior

I've got an 88 Warrior that I am gonna put an Alba .390 cam, titanium valve springs, and Wiseco 10.5:1 piston. Anyone got any suggestions? Also what is a Black Diamond Intake valve, like what all does it do? I already have a K&N filter and Duncan Double Barrel exhaust

Ship your cylinder head and barrell to Duncan Racing and have them perform the whole "national" modifications to them. Matched components and mods will turn out much better for you. Get the head ported also. All this has been done on my Warrior engine, and it rocks! Spanks the 400EX's all day long.

Your going to need a bigger carb, I went with a 38mm. I also agree with scottd, a total intake to exhaust system is the best. I found a local ATV shop to do my '96 Warrior and it really made a difference. Good luck.

Scott, what does the head and cylinder work from Duncan Racing cost. And is there more add ons that will need to be performed before the packadge will work well? Just got a Warrior and looking to pep it up a little... ok ALOT! But I'm on a budget and want the "best bang for the buck".

I have a 2000 Warrior with Wiseco piston,Titanium valve springs, team alba billet racing cam .450 lift.
What exactly is porting your head and what does it do?
I was thinkin about gettin the Kieihn 38mm carb for mine.Does it make a big difference?
How do you advance your timing and when should it be done?
Thanks in advance!

Indianoutlaw, plan to spend about $1200-$1300 on the complete mods by Duncan. It makes and incredible difference in power. Lotta bucks, but it's worth it. You should run about a 50/50 mix of race fuel also. Good luck.
