I just ordered some new Elka's for my 04 baja. I got quad rate fronts w/rezzies and triple rate rear. From what I see on the forum, they seem to be the shocks of choice. I am curious to see how much of a difference they make. They said I would have them in about 10 days for me to get them.

 

If you would post "your" review after you get these installed and tested that would be great! I will be following this thread.

Holy $hit thats a lot of money to spend on just shocks. You could have gotten a big bore kit for that price and beat your friends in racing even if they have a better suspension. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

I can out motor and out ride them now. I just want to really smoke the hell out of them so they will step up and start doing some mods to their quads.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

they go for 850$ fronts and 850$ rear. worth every pennie

BUT they can get expensive quick if you get the extras, over size cans and rebound ajustable 1600$ fronts

over size can for rear 1150$

I also have the ZEPs which are the top of the line. there entrie shocks start at 650$

all three shocks with my discount I paided 1500$
