Stupid 400ex question

Default Stupid 400ex question

I think the the wifes EX has a bad sparkplug. I dont seem to have the right tool to get down in there [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] do I need so get a special tool or whats the deal?

Default Stupid 400ex question

hey man. i ran across the same thing two years ago. i bought mine used and didnt have a plug wrench that would fit into that hole. i ended up buying one from the stealership. i think i paid about 15 bucks for it bak then.

Default Stupid 400ex question

Even with the stock plug wrench it is a Biotch loosing and tightening with the stock wrench.. I hate changing the plug more than anything on the bike....

Default Stupid 400ex question

You think the EX is bad? Try a water cooled engine, where the plug is even deeper down in there. And, add a huge desert fuel tank that uses up what little extra room you had to begin with.

Default Stupid 400ex question

Well that makes me feel better.. I might as well get the dang tool I need. I bougt it used also.. I can't belive honda would to that on a spark plug?!?
