Default Powder Coating

Hey how much does it usually cost to powder coat a frame? I want to powder coat my predator frame either jet black, or a nice orange to match the troy lee design graphics. Thanks alot guys!

i got a quote over here to powdercoat my frame for $175 for a solid basic color that price includes everything including cleanign the frame

Where is here? Do you think if I sent it there they would do it for me? It depends on how far away you are though. And I'm not yet comfortable taking apart my chassis completly yet. I'm just looking for quotes. Thanks alot!

Ya, give or take around two hundred buts for the basic colors...if your getting into more elaborit colors then look at 250 to 300 bucks...just depends if they charge more for cleaning and sanding and everything......most powder coating places..you can send them your things and they will send them back.

search the yellow pages online and type powdercoating and you should find a place near where you live so you dont have to worry about shipping.

Yeah, I think for now I'm going to powdercoat the nerfbars, and under skids with any miscelanious(sp) metal parts an orange. What kind of place powdercoats?

There is place in Burlington, WI (see below) that does powdercoating. I have heard they do good work and they do some frame coating for Buell. I had a set of valve covers done at a place in milton, wi (see below) and it cost $50. They also have experience coating motorcyle frames.
