360 annual update att:newbeatle
#1
Once again one of my long winded weekly updates--First: my wife wants to know why I bought a brand new quad and constantly have it taken apart?? I Love taking this thing apart!!! Played with jets again this weekend and I am really having a hard time reading the plug--I sandblast them before making my runs and still cant tell if they are lean or rich---I have a good assortment too from 150 to 170!! I have noticed with the 165 in now, that I dont have the strong pull when gunning it coming out of a turn that i have with the smaller jets. looks like I will be takin it apart again--- Got a 162 that I havent tried yet.
Cut my pink cdi wire on saturday----didnt notice a whole lot of difference other than it stalled at idle one time and usually doesnt do that and seemed very sluggish all through throttle--not a big difference, but I was not sure what to expect. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A CANDIDATE FOR THE MODULE????
Were waiting on you newbeatle (hurry up and time your drags)
stay tuned

MOSES... sorry for the delay on the Module... But I promise I'll send it, just as soon as I test it ( all of them ) on the strip... very likely the 3rd Saturday of June... sorry, I have some mud races, to fit in first... then it'll be back to the drag strip... I'll ship it out the next day ( well OK, Monday after the test... )... having the pink wire cut, & having it sluggish is a good sign, for function with a module... so there is still hope on the horizon...
