If your axle is already slightly bent, I don't know why you are riding it because you will quickly be wearing out axle berrings, swingarm bushings, and other components. You can take as big of jumps as you can handle, but ultimately jumping is an art of fine tuned suspension combined with lots of practice and knowing what you are doing and how the machine is going to land and where it will land on each jump. NO machine is crash proof!!! If the machine is set up poorly and handles improperly, even catching the landing ramp on a jump can hurt or cause a crash if the handling jerks the bars away from you. First, I would replace your axle, and if you plan to make jumping habit, invest in an aftermarket axle!

durablue. Durablue the Eliminator Axle and the Durablue X-33 Axle are the only 2 axels on there web site that have a "lifetime warranty against breaking or bending." durablue website

Durablue is most commonly referred to as "Durabreak" becaus out of all the aftermarket axles they are the most prone to catastrophic breakage. The RPM Dominator has the best true lifetime warranty, and I think the Lonestar Axcalibur is fairly good also.
I have the RPM and I will not buy any other axle. It had been flawless. You hear 5-10 times the stories of Durablue axles breaking as you do about the RPM.

The size of the jump makes absolutely no difference. Its all to do with gravity and momentum. If you dont downside the jump correctly, you run the risk of bending things!
practice doesnt make perfect, it just makes it easier. Good judgement is the key

i would get a lonestar. it has a true lifetime warrenty were durablue does not. it has nothing to do with how far you jump but more so how you land. I have jump up to 60 to 70 feet on my stock axle but bent it on a 10 foot jump because i landed bad.
