the kickstart on my 200x doesn't come back up after i kick it over. it doesn't slip or anything, it starts it fine it just doesn't come back. the guy i bought it from said it was the return spring and gave me a new one. how do i install this and is there any other possibilities. thanks -geoff-

 

He is correct, the spring........it involved a case tear down , and a book is a must in this situation. When you tear the case apart keep close track of all the shims, and put them exactly where you found them!

 

You could probably do it with out a book. Just make sure you know EXACTLY how everything goes or you will have nothing but problems.
