Honda Foreman 400 or 450
#5
One answer- 450. There is no reason for honda to even continue to make the 400 unless they lower the price. It is obsolete with its smaller engine and crap suspension. Unless you could save some serious cash with the 400, take the 450 in and run with it.

both those bikes are good bikes, solid machines and will serve you well, just depends on howmuch you want to spend....
andy.....
aha....that is only one persons opinion in one market......what if the 400 is still the biggest seller in england or something
or NZ, every one who owned a 300 4x4 on there farm, when the traded brought a 400, it took 12mths for honda to get the 450 into NZ and sucessfully meet the consumers needs....
honda may drop the 400 one day, but you must look at the other manufacturers......yamie, kawi both have 400's people do differentiate between vehicles by size......
heres an interesting thought, why do suzi make a 250 and 300 quad runner still?
...the 400 has taken a lot of money to build, they might as well have it in its product range, because if they didn't, they might miss a sale!......often farmers don't see the biggest as the best, they often stick to what they know......consumers are often like that as well!.......think of the example of the brand bashing on this forum.....people often are scared of the unknown.....the big what if!.....but in saying that i have always own hondas....i don't think i will buy another!......i wanna a wolverine next time
ride hard! drive it like ya stole it!
