New Polaris Scrambler 2004!
#1
Just bought my brand new Polaris Scrambler today from Duluth!!!! Can't wait to ride it more I work for a police department and I rode it once around my house while in uniform, it was my only chance! Ok, so Im an idiot with mechanics, I was hoping I could get a few words of advice so I dont screw this up. I did have the back suspension adjusted tighter when I bought it by the dealer but I realize its much softer in the rear now. any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated. I have to work until 4 AM but I have to go out riding after work.

First off, Welcome to the Forum!
As far as your suspension goes. To Stiffen it up there is an adjustment nut on the bottom of your rear spring, to stiffen the suspension tighten that nut and vice-versa to make it softer. To make this easier on yourself you will want to raise your quad up so all the weight isnt sitting on it. IE: put a jack stand or some under the center of your quad so your rear tires are barely touching the ground or even off the ground.
Hope this helps.
