Default Chain Tensioners?

Does anyone know if there is such a thing for quads? I need some sort of chain tensioning device cuz right now im having a really crappy problem. Whenever I set the chain tension by strapping down the rear and adjusting it to the proper tension it will be okay for just riding around but when I jump the chain gets super loose and then when I land it gets so tight that my chain will snap from being too tight. I cant seem to get it "just right". Seems like a chain tensioner/roller might be my best bet but I cant find one for my Predator Does anyone knwo where I can get one or what not? Thanks.

what year is your quad? concentric or non-concentric model?

if your compressing the suspension to adjust the chain then i assume it is non concentric. mine is concentric and i have no problems adjusting the chain with the suspension in a rest position. i've never had a non type but a ridding buddy did and that's the way he had to do it. he also didn't really jump his quad for that reason. check outRitter Cycle orHPD for a chain tensioner, they are around 55 bucks.

Hey does anyone have a picture of the Ritter Cycle chain tensioner? It sounds like what Im looking for but I just need to see if it can work on my quad somehow. Does anyone have experience w/ either of these? OH ya one other thing. Whats the diff or a concentric or a non-concentric? Which should I buy assuming im gonna be putting it on a Predator? Thanks.
