Any new news for 05?

I find polaris needs to get there head out of there a$$ and put out something to compete with the 450. The whole idea is to have a customer buy a quad, and then the next year come out with something faster and better. But instead all they do is make some lame stuff because people want to wheelie easier? Is it just me or what. I mean polaris seems to be way behind the 8 ball here. If they dont come out with something for 2005 thats huge they are just going to be ridiculous. They did great coming out with the pred but dont stop there. Why dont they come out with a 450, or a lighter weight quad, or an efi pred. Something bigger then just changing hubs and wheels.

I disagree. I think they should fix up their fastener problem, work on the seat to bar relationship and give it... MORE POWER. Make it the *king* of hardcore big engine sport quads. Leave the racing up to the 500s. Give it another 10hp with some changes (bigger displacement?) and really leave the other big bore sports machines in the dust.
Fighting it out with the 450s is going to be very expensive and difficult. I'm hearing about both 450s popping motors and breaking suspension pieces just doing trail riding.

Basicly, the pred IS the king of the big bore sprt quads, its a 500, the only bigger ones out here is the V force and the Raptor 660. The pred will BEAT the V force (I know this from personal expereince) and it is even with the raptor, whitch has got a 160cc edge on it. I think the only thing that really needs to be done to the pred is maybe lighten it up a little bit and maybe put a better exaust system and air mod system on it, or something small like that, and it will eat all the big-bore competition for breakfast. As for the 450's, I would like to see polaris come out with a 450, maybe not a pred, but a new sport model.
