you will have to get a sawzaw or band saw and cut the bolt out. Replacement bolt is $50-$60. Unless you have acess to a large press you can press it out.

You might be in some serious trouble here with this problem. First, I would get ahold of a propane torch and heat the bolt for a real long time. Keep spraying it with WD-40 or whatever you have been using. It may come out that way. If not, you are probably going ruin the swingarm to get the bolt out. You may be able to cut the bolt out, but you still have to get it out of the swingarm and that is not easy. If you do manage to get the bolt out of the swingarm, then you definitely will need new bearings(at least). Just keep heating, lubing and pounding on the bolt and it might eventually come out. You are definitely going to have to replace the long pivot bolt, but it is a lot cheaper than a new swingarm. I have had this problem in the past and luckily the combination of a hammer/mallet, propane torch, WD-40 and plenty of time got the bolt out. Good Luck!

Get yourself a strong stake a little bit smaller than the hole and wack the bolt out with a hammer. That is what I did on my 400...

This is a very common problem with these bikes. If you cannot drive it out relatively easy then don't keep beating on it as all you will end up doing is tearing something else up. The bolt slides inside of a steel sleeve on which the swingarm bearings rotate. What has happened is the bolt is stuck to the sleeve due to rust and corrosion. The easiest way to fix this is to take something like a hacksaw and cut on each side between the dust seal on the swingarm and the plate on the frame the bolt goes through. Once cut the swingarm will come out and you can then remove the the sleeve and bolt from the bearings. Plan on buying a new bearings, sleeve and bolt. To prevent this you should pull the bolt out about every three months and clean. Apply antiseeze to the bolt before you assembly it each time.
