Default i need more rpm's

ok fellas i need more rpm's for my 2001 warrior i am hitting the rev limit or governer or hitting something lol i know about the cdi box it cost to much do they make a rev kit for a warrior so far only found one for the raptro and 400ex let me know fellas if there is somewhere i can go look it up or if yall know something else i can try drop a line thanks all

The power runs out a long time before it redlines. When it stops pulling hard you shift. It could be floating the valves but that too dosent happen till all the power is gone.

Well, you dont have a rev limiter or a governer of any kind. The rev limit on a Warrior is dicated by the amount of air flowing through the head, and the stock valve springs.

In stock for the rev limiter than you feel is actually the valves floating. If you want it to rev higher, put race valve springs in it, and it will let your stock engine rev quicker and higher. Port and polish, and a cam will take it even higher than that, but you might find that you dont need or may not want to do that. Its all up to you.
