first get the pipe and silencer and then get it ported which will get you more than boring and milling the head and getting new reeds all together.

My preference would be hpd or Rick Ritter for the bike and Bubba297 does a mean port job for reasonable prices!

I would stay away from people besides RCR, HPD, HotSeat, AAEN. Bubba297 for porting also.

I wouldnt recommend boring until it needs it, save them, you will need them eventually. Upgrade the piston to a Wiseco while you are doing these things

you did loose a bit on top with .060 over, you should get it ported to acheive the potential you got on bottom end with the big bore,it is always to choose a brand wich you'll got the pipe from,if you're looking fdor hot seat pipe,go for hot seat porting.tmx 38 is excellent for trail mods use.cutting the heads mean you need higher octane gas then...
the epi kit is a pretty OVERALL clutch kit,if you want something truly
to your riding style, get one of those:hpd, hot seat, aaen, rcr, cpi.

If you want to still run premium gas then take .020 off the head and i premix Klotz super tech 44:1. If you know a good mechinist i would turn the flywheel down as much as possible but make sure they balance it. I had to go to Polaris snowmoble motor mount 90+ durometer to stop the engine torque. Mods: air box by cutting the center section out of the top and bottom; AAEN mid range pipe and silencer; Carb : 390 main jet and 35 pilot; Heelclicker primary clutch kit (scrambler version) with a stock spring and 2:2 setting for the secondary;Napa Gates belt 19AT4090;Pro circuit bars; F1 superbike chain; Budda's port and polish will make it pull hard from bottom to top. On mine a set of Yamaha Warrior nerf bars and foot pegs really worked out good. hope this helps some.
later
