It will take you a couple of hours to do the change over...you can keep the stock shock for now....the whole package is going to run you well over $500 for everything you mention depending on the brands you choose.

changing your swingarm should be no problem...granted its going to take you some time.....but the only thing that I always see in problems on changing a swingarm is the axle...you get that thing out of there and you should be able to rock and roll on it.

You don't have to remove the axle. Just unbolt the bearing carrier and it will all come out with it...You will probably need new pivot bearings because most of the time you can't remove the old ones from the swingarm witout breaking them. I suggest you get new ones anyway.

For the time being, you can add links to your chain and get a longer one when you have extra money.

If you have a problem...get in touch with the board...

It really is not hard. The axle (like mentioned) is about the only thing I can see you having trouble with. sometimes getting them to slide out of the carrier can be tough. Depending on how well you maintained the original swingarm, you may have to pound out a bolt here and there.

Shavo is right though...you may not need to remove the axel....but it will make things easier to get to.

just remove the whole carrier itself. Then the axle and everything else is out of your way.
