Default Need Help

Hello!!

My question to any of you who have a yamaha ATV, is there any problem if I store my ATV's in up-ward position (i.e. Vertical).
Can this damage anything like an engine seal or if there is any risk of spilling oil through a vent in this position.

I have a 2002 Warrior and a 2004 Raptor 350 (they have the same engine), I don't have enough space to store them with the four wheels on the ground with my both mine and my wife's car.

I closed the fuel line valve, checked the level in the tank so it doesn't spill over the cap hose; but my concern is with the oil in the engine (can this damage something in the long run. I was planning before start using them, let them for a few minutes horizontal before starting the engine so it does not run dry on lubrication on a cold start and giving time to the oil return to its original place.

I also looked in the manual but didn't find anything about this topic.
Please let me know if this can be done. Thanks !!!!

When I have all four of my quads in the garage, my truck gets the boot out to the driveway until they are gone. If you love your car or truck, have the bird park her car on the driveway. I wish I took care of my truck as well as I do my Rappy. Its all a matter of priorities.

I dont have an answer to your vertical question, never have been in that situation.
