Personally I wouldn't trust an aluminum sprocket period. They last about 2 rides.

Thats what I have on mine is Sprocket Specialist, but Rockymountain is out of them. Can I buy direct? Do you have a website?

Thanks

Aluminum - Light weight = more speed

"Aluminum - Light weight = more speed" If you believe that I have a bridge I could sell you, real cheap too.

The difference in weight will not even equal .001 of a mph/acceleration increase, yet you will be buying sprockets every month.

How much weight can you save with a aluminum sprocket?
If you are that concerned about your speed, put it into the motor and you'll be a heck of alot faster.

I bought mine from chaparrel for $34. It was the sprocket specialists 40 tooth. I have had mine for 2 months with no problems.

I've been running Sprocket Specialists aluminum sprockets on my Raptor for over a year and Hav'nt had a single problem with them wearing prematurely. I also still trail ride with them without problems. Like Dabeech said; stick with a good standing company like the two mentioned and you can buy directly from them. Slim

I tried one of the sidewinders a few years ago along with their chain, after a few jumps landing with the gas on, the teeth started bending forward and eventually broken off. Since then I've stuck with the cheaper, longer lasting steel sprockets and get about a years out of them.

Every ounce and pound adds up. So far I have saved over 58 lbs on my Raptor. I have it on a never ending diet... LOL!!!
