I've neglected the CVT for too long and now it's time for the black spring, deflection set and most likely a new belt.

My question is where do I order one of the lower cost belts (gates/dayco) from?
Are they as good as the higher priced Kawa belts?

DAVE... this is all good info, but the question should have been, "why to buy a 650 belt"... do yourself a big favor, & pick up a few shims, & get a 700 belt, rather than a 650 belt...

 

V force 700 must cost more? unless they made a mistake, JH

 

They list the belts at 49.99 on their website now.

 

So the 700 belt is better? I can do better if that's the case.

Is the V force belt the same as the 700p belt?
