I heard that yamaha is going to raise the cc to a true 450. Does any one know if this is true?

They definetely are. When they do that they might even swap the WR exhaust cam out for the original YZF exhaust cam too. I'm glad I didn't buy a 450R!

well I doubt they will stick the wr cam in because it is already in there, I bet you where thinking YZF. They might be sticking a wr crank in to get it a 450. we will have to wait until next tuesday to find out for sure

 

It's defineately going to happen, they wrote about it in Dirtwheels mag.

 

That would be bada$$ if they stuck a better cam in there! I can't wait to get mine...I'm gonna try to get one of the first '05's off the floor!
