Default Spark Arrestor on Predator

Hey when you take off the end peice on the stock predator pipe there is a metal filter. I'm assuming thats the spark arrestor. Anyways, it looks like its blocking exhaust flow thru the pipe. If I we're to cut that screen off and install the end cap back on, would I feel any performance gains and would it hurt the machine? Thank you!

I don't think the screen will block the exhaust flow. The exhaust would just flow through it, not block. A question that I have for you is why are you messing with the stock pipe when you have a white brothers pipe on your pred?

Just toying around, ever since my riding buddy got surgery I have been bored sitting around. I like the sound of the stock pipe and was wondering if it would affect it.
