How to adjust banshee stock carbs

How would i adjust the stock carbs on a 2004 le edition banshee for best performace and does adjusting the carb messes with the performance

Unless you have other modifications, adjusting your carbs won't do anything as long as the bike is running right now.

What does the 2 ***** under the seat on above the carbs on the yamaha banshee does. Does it have something to do with the idle or fuel delivery
