I just recently purchased a 2003 Polaris Trail Blazer 250cc. I love the quad alot and am farely happy with what it puts out untill last weekend where i got beat by a 4 stroke 400 honda quad. I wasnt to pleased.. I am wondering what things i can do/buy for my quad to improve on better acceleration and top speed.. whats the best deal out there that will get my machine performing better.... i heard rumors like adding a K N filter adds power which i wouldnt mind trying but im thinking i need some exhaust.. can someone tell me what i should do to get more power out of my machine... thx!

if it was a 400ex no way!! i got a friend that has one wit a pipe and he killed me in top of 3rd when i just had a pipe though. in a hill race i would kill him

 

is your quad automatic or manual?? and how much did u pay for all the extras you got on it? im looking to do some madd work to my quad

 

i got about 500 in the engine and more in cosmetic. i still have much more things i want to do to it and will make it faster. call rick at 618-644-3211 and tell him what u want and he will have send ur cylinder and flywheel and u will be very very suprised of the difference!!!!

your going to need about $1500 bucks for a reed conversion kit,thats if you wanna stay with the 400's.

 

actually he only needs 550 if he wants to go to az bad boyz but i wouldnt do that becasue alot of people end up waiting months to get their cylinder back from him. just call the # i gave u and talk to rick
