Well, we had a fun time at the harescramble this weekend. The weather was hot as heII and the track ended up not being marked so well and people were getting lost! We later found out that the C class riders had knocked down some of the markers and that was what caused alot of the problems! We had 4 riders in the utility class this time and we placed 1st,,,2nd,,,3rd,,, and 5th and atvgurl won the womens class again! The next race will be in Waukon, Iowa which is in the northeren parts of Iowa,,, maybe we will see some of you there!!!!

 

Congrats PW! I bet you are counting the days until you finally bring home your 785cc Prairie! I saw a pic of it that Mickey D. posted on another forum and I really liked the yellow fenders... It looks very fast!

Counting the days,,,, no,,,, not really(26days to go)!!!!! LOL!!! I have owned it for about a year now, it has over 800 miles on it and I myself have only put on maybe 125 of them miles,,,,, I can't wait to get to ride it myself![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Congrats Jim... the Wuakon race is one of them, I'd been wanting to hit, I've been so busy at work lately, that I haven't been able to get anything done at home ( grass is getting way too tall ), or on my quad... it takes some thought & time to switch over from draging, to mud bogging, to hare scramble racing... then the mosqitoes are horrible, from all the rain we've been getting this year... I tried to prewash all the mud off our quads last evening, & they litterally almost carried me away... this leaves working on them, limited to day light working hours ( something I just can't do )

right now, my front suspension is really shot... not leaking or anything, just very worn, from abuse over the years... I'd really like to throw a set of works struts on the front, with a pair of Elka springs... I think I'd be in the trees continually right now, with the power & acceleration I currently have, but the very weak suspension...

When is the Waukon race again ???

Are you guys going to race the 12 hours again this year? If so, I'd like to meet you guys!

 

I'd like to know when it is too...I might have to make the driver down there for the day and meet up with some of you

 

Lets see here,,,, yes we are planning to run 2 teams in the 12 hour this year as long as the Prairies hold together! LOL!!!

The Waukon race will be July 17th for bikes and 18th for quads!
