Default Mod Questions for 02 Prairie

What type of module works the best? Some work good at low speeds, but then limit your top end. Has anyone tried the module from Kunytec?(sp?) Also, what about the air filter, I would like to get a K&N, but from what I read they don't work as well as foam filters in the dust? Does the prefilter help, or should I get a uni or twin air?

Get the DG3 module and a 4 degree flywheel key. That is the best module, according to the tests.

Yes, prefilters help K&N, but they don't work that well on the flat 2002 P650. Get a twin air filter (or even convert your airbox to 2003 and get more flow).

Thanks for all the info Nyroc. Does the DG3 limit top end? I was talking with a dealer and he said it may slow it down by 5km top end, but he said that guys are putting on switches that they turn off at high speeds. The Kunytec is programed to turn off at high speeds automatically, according to the web site. If I get the 4 degree flywheel key, do I have to run premium fuel? Also, where in Canada do I get a twin air filter?
