Default Silver Lake Michigan on June 25 - 27

Im heading up to Silver Lake on the 25th of June. A few members of our local club and I will be camping at the Hideaway campground. Ill have my Ds there for some sand draging. Will anyone else be heading up there? If so, we always hang the banner up on one of the trailers. It says Illinois Atv trailmasters. I will be on the purple framed yellow DS kicking everyones butt on the strip. LOL , Or, Ill be the guy on the purple framed yellow ds having my butt handed to me on the strip. But either way, its a good time.

Anyone else going?

Gary

Hey bigwaynester,

I believe you are a member of the trailmasters also, am I correct? It would be nice to have another DS buddy up there to put a whomping on them rappy fellows. LOL You seem to be missing some critical parts there, so good luck getting it back together. If you can, let me know, and we will hook up.

I may be heading out for Labor Day weekend.... wondering if you guys would be willing to head over in that time frame. It's not in stone but DStroyer I'd love to see your bike go. How does it run?

Wayne I think I'm ready for a piece of ya.

Entomber,

It runs great. My only downfall is the Alba spark arrested pipe is a pile of POOOOOOO. It wont let the bike rev over 8700. It made about 60 horse at 7500, then falls of drastically from the pipe. But, the drag pipe of Horsepower Researches, alowed it to make 65.5 and 51 lbs of torque between 6500 - 8500. It held horses nicely up to around 9000+. But, unfortunately, the drag pipe will not get into Silver Lake. If I can get the pipe in time, I will take it with and try my luck on Saturday night at the sand drag track. Im not sure if they will be running or not, but we will give it a try.

You should try to make it that weekend.

Yes, I am a member, I have not been logging on over there because I have not been able to ride for the last couple of months since I had tranny problems. It would be nice to meet some of you guys..... I think we got most of the raptor guys covered.

Roost,

There are people riding or racing every weekend from the trailmasters. Our actual club rides are getting between 20 and 30 member turnouts. Those are pretty good numbers. We ride the badlands all the time. We also go to Haspin Acres, Silver Lake, Black River falls, Land between the lakes, Oconto county Wi, Northern Wi, FV park, Ki track park, Sunset ridge track, The Cliffs, and so on and so on. We have alot of active members.

What you say, you up for a weekend in Michigan?
Sidewinder500,

Look us up when you get there, we do alot of dragging along with some cat and mouse chasing.
