TB 250 oil change
#1
How do you change the oil in a TB 250. I've asked a couple of friends and they say you don't have to. Just keep adding new oil. Yet my 250 really don't use that much oil, if any. So the oil I have in it is the original oil from a year ago. Any help would be appreciated

the TB is a 2-stroke and does not have crankcase oil that you have to change, like a four-stroke does. It uses the oil that you have to fill in the tank in front of the headlights. Just make sure that that tank is full, and you'll be all set. You do, however, need to change the gearbox oil in it.

Thanks.
I guess now you know I'll ask about the gearbox oil huh. Is there a plug or something. And how often should I do it. I'll have to try to dig out my polaris handbook.
