I like the look of the 05 LE...

but if i got an 04 I would probably not get an LE



I mean is the 05 really that much nicer? footpegs/adjustable suspension.....didnt they do something w/ the handlebars?


I need input from someone who is better at comparing these bikes!

The new 05's have newer graphics, and the new LE is grey which means it won't scratch up as easy as the black 04' LE.

The newer model's also have new footpegs and heel guards, and has the same parking brake as the YFZ(up on the handle bar that you simply flip to engage, even though they don't work long before needing adjusted).

You will probaly save a good amount of cash if you get a 04' once the 05's hit the dealerships. But if you want the new grey/camo Raptor LE then jump on it. I think it looks nice. But if you do get the 04' you'll have money for a pipe, air filter, and jet's. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

well i can't beleive none else ever thought of this buy same colored plastic and order the graphics from your dealer.... duh [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img] isn't that al lthe LE's have ? is dif plastic and graphics?

 

basically yeah!!! but also the frame is a diff. color and a-arms yada yada....

 

GET IT-OUTTA-HERE!!! Do yourself a big favor and buy an 04...05's are commin in from being tech tested, and having complaints of Front Brake Failures, and Cracked Swingarms...COULD THIS BE FROM MASS PRODUCTION....I heard this from my local Norris Motorsports Honda/Yamaha Dealership, on Tuesday....Hopefully this is just a bad batch, it was on 3 of the 05's, and on one of the LE's...they are not even available to the public yet here though!
