GOOD PRICE on Tecate-4

I've always just wanted to see a Tecate-4, and now I'm looking at one I may buy.
It's in OK condition, the plastic is just cracked a little bit and the motor case is re-welded. Other than that, it runs good and is all-stock.
The price is $1500 cash. Good deal?
