Default what should my buddy do?

hi guys, about a month ago my buddies 02 500 scrambler started rapping,he brought it to the dealer to have it looked at.they told him his cam bearings were bad so they ordered them well they came in 2 weeks ago, then they tell him that he needs a new cam also because it was cracked or something,so they order it,it just came in yesterday.they told him it would be ready at 1 today, well he called and they say,yup we have it all back together but it still raps,so after a month of it being in the shop his machine is still messed up and they have no clue whats wrong.dont you guys think they should give him a quad to use while he waits?if it was me id be demanding one,but he isnt that type of guy.if any of you guys are from NH dont deal with keene motor sports, they have the worst customer service i have ever seen..

its not the dealers fault that his quad is broken... why should they give him one to use...
the cams and bearings may have been bad so they assumed that was what it was... but apparently there is something else...

he has owned the quad for maybe 8-9 months and about 6 of those months his machine has been at the dealer for repairs, its pretty sad so far every time he has left it there it takes them at least 1 month to get it fixed,it took them 1 month and 1 week to replace the swingarm bushings, then after 10 minutes of riding it the damn bolt fell out that holds the swingarm on,they never used locktiie on it,then it took 2 months to replace the axle,if you ask me that is ridiculous and i think they should help the poor kid out..

he bought a 5year warrenty through the dealer, not polaris.so now he has to bring the machine to them only for warrenty work.the ppl are so stupid, one of the times he brought the machine to them, the guy says, wheres the hour meter?lol a scrambler comming stock with a hour meter?whatever..then he says im going to see how hard you drive it by shifting it into foward and reverse.he gets on starts it up and pulls out the choke, looks behind him and gives it gas expecting to go in reverse.it was still in foward and it took off on him,i laughed my A$$ off..the place is a joke..

i think 2/3 of the dealers should not even be certified....most of them are severely dumb
