If you are new to webpages I suggest a builder like front page 2000 (a little pricey, unless you are into warez) or frontpage express (the free version that I use). I personaly started on express, and have made many pages. now I build the page with Frontpage, but make all my updates through notepad. BTW, I got some more pics i'm gonna upload tomarrow.
