I did this last year at Glamis. Leaving camp for a ride, I'm the tail rider and supposed to keep an eye on everyone else. Heading for the dunes over some small whoops, I'm idleing along in 2nd gear standing on the pegs of my R, and not well balanced either. I noticed the 6-pak cooler fell over my wife's quad. I thought I should stop and get it. I pulled on the front brakes and it started to throw me over the front. Well, now I'm really hanging on to the bars as I don't want to get run over by my own quad. I'm also holding the brakes ever harder. I was looking at my front bumper thinking that a R with stock brakes won't endo going this slow. WRONG!! My group finally came back to get me. We had to take a break to let them catch their breath they were laughing so hard.

What you didn't use the old "I saw one of those endangered desert tortuses and was watching it eat some of those endangered plants that the like so much when I hit a witches eye. Then when I finally got up none of it was actually there".... then say the heat must be getting to you.

I got one kinda the same.... we were leaving the parking lot headed for the beach on a whoopdy do road..... I was in 2nd gear on my banshee messing around letting my feet come off the pegs over the whoops.... well I missed coming down and my leg went under the rear tire ( I had my fenders trimmed) which imediatly jerked me off the bike... so there I lay on my back with my quad 10ft away... there were tons of people around and it was to say the least a bit imbaressing

any ways thats my stupidest solo wreck

Hey Trapper if I am there on Halloween and make it down that far I might have to stop by and say hi. I usually camp in wash 3. What should I be looking for?

My friend thought the left side was the brake, went into neutral, and through a fence on my TRX125. Couldnt turn left after that but we fixed it for like 50 bucks. today the quad is worth 20

Jeez! Ya camp in all the dust! I'll be at 16 right next to the wash itself about 50 feet from the wash road. Got a white GMC dually and an old trailer. Should be a few motorhomes, a fifth wheel or two, and a tent.
