I 400 explorer is starting hard and I always have to choke it hot or cold to get it started. I rebuilt it about 100 miles ago but I am not easy on a machine. It is bored over .020 but there is only 75 psi compression, it still goes like a raped ape when it is running, it is just hard starting. Any suggestions would help, maybe I smoked the rings.. I dont know, but i know i am sick of working on this damn thing.......Thanks Joe
