Well I have always been taught the only stupid question is one not asked so !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You will need to support the side of the quad that you plan to take the tire/wheel assembly off.
If you are sitting on a 4 leg stool and some one breaks one leg, well the stool falls over.
Pull off the 4 nuts holding the wheel on. Pull wheel/tire assembly off.
As for changing the tire from the wheel:
Let all the air out of the valve stem (Easiest to remove the valve core if possible)
You will need to break the beads (Front and back) They sell bead breakers. I will ususlly lay the tire flat on the ground, put the end of a short 2x4 on the tire, the other end on the ground.
Drive up the 2x4 with a car or truck( This will break the bead of the tire from the rim
you will need to do both sides.
Once the beads are broke you will need a few prybars to WALK the tire off the rim
Make sure you allow the tire to fall into the lower part of the rim as you go around with the pry bar.
Soap up the bead of the tire being installed and walk it on (take care not to damage the beads)
If you are not up to it just go pay to have it done.
