Try www.cabelas.com. Its called a tiny tach & will cost you $39.99. Besides the tach function it has an hour meter to help you keep track of maintenance intervals.

Where did you find the Ron Wood Tach? Do they have a website?

Thanks

I bought digital tachs/hourmeters for my 400EX's from Northern Tool (www.northerntool.com). It's $35, but the tach has some time lag. I bought it mainly for the hourmeter function. If you get one, make sure you order the 2-cycle version (P/N 160596).

Why would you want the two-stroke one for a 400ex? Just curious

I think you'd need the 2-stroke version of the tach because the 400EX fires on every revolution, like a 2-stroke (even though it only NEEDS to fire every two revolutions, it's easier to build this way, and it doesn't hurt anything, and it may even help emissions).
