It shouldn't. CPI's arent as good on a non ported motor, porting makes them rip. and if those are dual 35's on a non ported motor then you were better off with stock or maybe 28mm. 35 is WAY TOO BIG.

Yep, 2004lebanshee is right........ Those carb's are way to big, even for a ported 350..... I'm running 28mm Keihn's that are taper bored to 30mm's... My mods include Drag porting, Pro Design cool head with 17cc domes, V-Force delta 2 reed valve system, CPI inframe pipes, Welded stock crank, I also have UNI clamp on air filters on the carb's.... I have #50 pilots and I was running 158 mains, however it was a little to fat on top.... I have just went down to #152 mains and I plan on doing a plug check in the morning. I might have to go up to #155 but the #158's were just to much..... If you still plan on using those 35's, I would drop your mains way down..... See how it runs and do a plug check....

Yes the bike should have power. I mean it has none what so ever, hard to take off in first gear.

your right with just cpi's it should have power, not as much on top as tommies or other pipes but some. But those carbs are a wrong mod to have. Believe what you want but they are not good for your bike

cpis have better power than toomeys i think i saw a dyno run on planet sand or something with toomey t5 and t6, cpi inframes, some other drag inframe, and fmf sst's and the cpi's came in second and the fmfs were 3rd and the t5's made more power than the t6's but they both are in 4th and 5th..

nooooo... he is saying that on a stock (non ported) cylinder u wont be able to get all the power the CPI's can provide... and i agree with everyone else... 35mm carb is too big for a non ported 350...

Good pipe choice, bad carb choice. Put the stock carbs back on and keep the 35's around for a later date or sell them.
