Look at this picture to understand what I mean
I put a circle around part number 7 that is the one in question. How is this supose to come off I have parts 6,8, and 9 removed. Im unsure of what I need to do for 7. btw Im trying to replace the dust boot that goes over the u joint.

 

man this is bugging me I know this is something simple but Im not sure what I need to do to remove this and I dont want to damage something

opps I fixed the link. Anyway I got it off last night, I just had to soak it in liquid wrench to able to turn the bolt with the allen key. I just wasnt sure If there was something else that had to be done but I guess not.
