Default Plz Help Raptor Jetting Specifcations............

Hi all I need to know what you guys think I should do. I have a 2004 Raptor LE with Big Gun Ehaust Slip-On,and a K & N Air Filter.
I put Bigger Main Jets In the Carbs Already 150 Right and 155 Left what pilot jets do you think i should put in? how many turns out on the mixture screws and what needle clip Please help i hate dead spots Thank Alot

3rd needle postion clip for starters then adjust form there.. stock pilots would prob be fine but going to a 25 wouldnt hurt.. then 2.5 turns on teh air screw wold be perfect

There is TONS of info on this forum for those type of questions, use the search!

I'd leave the pilot stock and turn the air screw out 1/4 to 1/2 of a turn out. If your running the air filter lid off you might want to goto 160/165 or 165/170 mains shouldnt need anything higher than that. As for the needle...I assume you haven't even touched it but you should move it up a notch...theres info on the forum on how to do this if you use the search.
