Lol its ok just rememba Four wheeler,Quad,ATV and here we call them Four Tracks are all the same thing so keep that in mind when you hear them.

i'm get'n tired of the shows on tv they keep saying atv's... come on who the hell actaully says i'm going atv riding??? sounds stupid..my .02

 

I know, it can be a task sometimes. I get the urge to call it a bike. However Bike, short for BI cycle. the prefix BI meaning 2 throws the whole thing out the window, Back in the day SUZUKIwas the ONLY company to call their ATV's quads: ie. quadracer, quad sport, Quad runnner, Honda was always Fourtrax, their trikes were atc's. No mater what you had. KAWASAKI always just had different names for their ATV's Mojave, Tecate.. Yamaha had the MOTO 4 which were the absolutely ugliest things you ever saw. Now they have the best looking.... I believe the DMV refers to them as ORV's but I think ATV is the standard term. However call it as you will....
You cant say, I'm going QUADING sounds stoopid, even though we know what you are refering to so say I'm going 4 wheeling, Or I'm going to ride my quad.

I call them four wheelers or bikes. Regardless of the fact that its not a bike. I only use ATV if I'm talking to somebody that doesn't know what I'm talking about to begin with. I never use the word quad really (unless I'm posting sometimes and have burned out all the other words). But I'm still in the south, so I'll just ride on that excuse for improper grammar.
