I am in the process of getting a friends YFZ running for him and i am having a little trouble. When i got it the float bowl was stuck shut so it wasent getting fuel. Now thats unstuck it runs gets fuel into carb. but it dosent idle or run anywhere less than 1000 rpms. I have tried adjusting the idle both ways and no luck. Is there somehting im missing or is there somehting that would be causing this problem? PLEASE HELP!!

 

Take the carbs apart again and clean out all the jets especialy the pilots, sounds like crud has built up and clogging things, probably the same substance that stuck the floats.
