it was 83 horsepower stock.
a few mods and id estimate closer to 100.

You misread that, it goes 83 mph.
There was a law, that expired, no race quads could be imported from japan, to the us.
Although, I may be mistaken, I dont remember those years too well.

one thing that didnt help is that suzuki was an odd company not a large one like yamaha and honda. they didnt have any great 2or3-wheelers to put them on the map. kinda like bombardir but without aleds or jetskeys
