piped not jetted

Im looking at buying a blaster from a guy i work with and at one time he had it piped but he didnt get it jetted. Is this really bad and could it have caused any damage??

Possibly..it would depend on how it wasnt jetted for, yeah it could cause damage..the engine would run lean and burn it up
