what should be my perfect jetting?

Default what should be my perfect jetting?

i have a raptor 660 and all that is in it is the slip on HMF pipe, pro design K&N filter with outerwear, and the snorkel is removed, and there is 6 little airbox vents in the lid. it is still at stock jetting, what size jetting should i start at? thanks rider1169

would you say start with 160/165?

you can start there, always good to start a little rich.
i have yoshi full system k&n filter no lid , i run 160/165 so i would guess that would be a little rich for you
just keep trying, when you get it right you will fell the diff

no, but you should adjust air/fuel screw on both carbs
its all about trial and error

Default what should be my perfect jetting?

With a full system and no lid its typical to up the needle size to 25. With a few holes and no snorkle you should be able to get away with simply adjusting the needles. 160/165 sounds a little rich but its a good starting point. I would think you would end up closer to 150/155 and bottom clip on the needle with 2.5 turns out on each screw.

Even that may be a little rich on the needle, its hard to say without seeing what you have done with your airbox lid, whether you have an outerwear, and of course the typical elevation issues. Good luck.
