which one would win in a long and short drag , which one has better acceleration and topend and wich would be better in trails. thanx

 

Yeah, I would like to know this as well. A friend of my wife has a 300ex and my wife has a Blaster.

 

blaster, but I don't know for sure but I waxed a 300 with my warrior and a blaster is just about as fast as a warrior

 

th 300EX would come out on top.we had a rebuilt blaster with no front plastic and equally moded as the 300EX in my signature at the bottom.my friend who wieghs about 150 and i who wiegh about 220 raced,i on the EX he on the blaster.he owned the blaster for two years,so it wasnt his lack of skill on th blaster that caused me to win every single time.the aging design of the blaster makes it hardly worth youre while to race it unless its extensively modded.

 

its going to be real close,because both accelerate and top end is about the same.so its up to rider.

 

the 300 ex is good for every thing but trail riding blaster would b good 4 that

 

not to BUST you BUBBLE but 2 strokes are horrible trail bikes man. a blaster would be a really bad trail bike. for trail riding out of those two bike i'd take a 300ex any day. i'd rather have a YFZ or TRX 450 but hey. anyways i just wanted to say that to whitez

and i believe a blaster would win off the line but if it was a long drag the 300ex.

sorry about this but I’m almost positive that a blaster is not as fast as a warrior. because i have numerous amounts of friends with warriors and blaster. and it's seems to be that the warriors "waxed" the blasters every time

 

my buddy had a stock 01 blaster, bone stock and killed my other friend on his 300 w/ a megaphone pipe and the guy on the blaster is 220-230lbs and the 300 guy is 125...just my .02 L8R

 

My Blaster has the mods listed below and I ride with my friend who has a 300 and my blaster accelerates a lot quiker but the top speed is only about 3 or 4 MPH faster

 

Take in consideration rider ability wich makes a huge difference and actually blasters and banshees do good in trails. Why because since they have a good amount of HP wich makes the tires speed very fast therefore cleaning the tire better. But it has its ups and downs between 4 and 2 strokes on the trail i dont have a "prefer" i love to ride both on any terrain.
