Good Lord! I just bought an '04 V-Force yesterday and my first pass up the street I thought somebody had strapped an 8-71 Blower to my little V-Twin. Is it the CVT making that noise??? Geez . . .[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

 

like we've said before..its the turbine on the jet engine..lol..

 

Don't know if the V has the same style tranny as a 650, but if it does, that whine is from the straight cut gears. Nothing to worry about.

Boy do I miss that noise! The jet engine in my Prairie sounds good,, But nothing like my V-FORCE did!
